Roger is currently seconded to Tatweer Petroleum to serve as the JV IT manager, previously he held IT and telecommunications positions in California, Texas and Qatar. Dr. Marzi holds a scientific degree from the RWTH Aachen in Germany. He has been involved with research and published mostly Oil & Gas related papers in the field of multi-dimensional modeling.

He worked for a number of multinational companies both in consultancy and management roles spanning from research to Information technology.

Dr. Marzi has been a speaker at industry conferences, has directed an industry benchmarking study resulting in published articles. Dr. Marzi represents Occidental on the Board of Directors of CTM.
