Robert B. Greenspan
Robert Greenspan began his professional career with Moss Adams in 1979 as a senior accountant, after having completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management. Early on, he established his area of expertise in the assurance side of the apparel and textile industries, specializing in goods manufactured and distributed by closely held companies. Robert became a partner in 1985, and the Los Angeles Managing Partner in 1995.
Rob has assisted clients in all aspects of their businesses: preparing financial statements, obtaining financing, factoring, import lines of credit, trade credit financing, drafting and implementing business plans and cash flow projections. He has acted as the liaison between the client and the client’s lenders. He has been involved in numerous and complex sets of circumstances requiring strategic planning on behalf of his clients.
Rob has successfully aided clients in their planning for growth and expansion, as well as their plans to reduce their size or successfully transition their ownership. He has been an expert witness in garment industry matters involving standards and practices.
