Patricia Cole is a financial executive based in San Francisco with over thirty years of business experience primarily in technology companies. Her career includes being Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive team at ZoneLabs, LookSmart (NASDAQ) and Fair, Isaac (NYSE). She led the IPO process at LookSmart and has extensive experience dealing with Wall Street and in managing multinational businesses. Besides working in the San Francisco Bay area her career has included assignments in New York, Los Angeles, Denver, London and Brussels.

Prior to assuming a CFO role, Patricia held Controller positions at Qwest Communications, Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company, Princess Cruises and Citicorp Transactions Technology. Earlier in her career she held various financial analyst and management positions at ITT and worked in the Audit and Consulting practices of Ernst and Young.

Patricia has an MBT from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Cranfield University, England and a BA (Honors) in Economics and Social Sciences from University of Manchester, England. She has a CPA in California and New York, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a CFA charter holder. Patricia is a member of the AICPA and FEI.
