Joseph Mazza is Partner, Assurance Services at McGladrey & Pullen in Los Angeles, California. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of McGladrey & Pullen. Joe has over 20 years of diversified public and private accounting experience serving both public and privately held internationally active middle-market companies. As leader of the Los Angeles practice, Joe directs growth development and spearheads the Firm’s business initiatives. A member of the McGladrey Western Markets Practice Management Team, he also integrates Firmwide business strategy with that of the Western practice offices, ensuring common objectives and mutual support with the offices under his supervision.

Joe has led the audits of many public and private companies in Southern California, including the following: Entravision, Maxwell Technologies, CAM Commerce, Troy Group, Spectrum Laboratories, 4 Wheel Parts and Optima Wheel. His clients have included public companies ranging from the pre-revenue development stage to mature organizations with more than $1 billion in revenues. In addition, Joe has extensive experience in working on Initial Public Offerings and Debt transactions.

Joe has also worked with many internationally active companies and has collaborated in the development of our Firm’s international business strategy. Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Joe received his B.S. in Accounting at Mercy College and in participated in the Business Advisor Program with the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
