John L. Garibaldi
John Garibaldi graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Southern California in 1975. John has served on the board of advisors of the USC Leventhal School of Accounting since 1993 and is a member of USC Associates and USC Accounting Circle.
John was a founder of Hawaii Superferry, Inc., and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. John had previously served in a number of senior executive positions during his thirty year career in Hawaii, including Aloha Airlines, Inc., The Queen’s Health Systems, Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. and Zephyr Insurance Company. He joined Arthur Young and Company in Los Angeles after graduating from USC and transferred to the Honolulu Office in 1981, where he served as an audit principal and director of the audit department.
John currently serves on the boards of directors of Royal State National Insurance Company, Limited, and DTRIC Insurance Company, Limited. He also serves on the board of directors of the Kukui Children’s Foundation.
