Senior Vice President & General Counsel (October 2003 – Present)

  • Manage and direct all day-to-day legal aspects of the AEG-owned or managed facilities, professional teams and properties worldwide.
  • Negotiate and prepare all agreements and contracts for all AEG entities including those agreements relating to strategic partnerships, season ticket licenses, luxury suites, marketing and sponsorship, naming rights, league relationships, concessions, broadcasting, ticket sales, employment for coaches and other personnel, venue leaseholds, ADA accessibility guidelines, event licensing, venue operations, various real estate transactions, land use, joint use relationships, and various other agreements relating to the creation and operation of AEG teams and venues.
  • Participate in strategic negotiations with respect to all AEG entities.
  • Supervise and oversee outside counsel with respect to litigation and specialized issues implicating AEG entities including contractual issues, intellectual property issues, and government projects.
