You will look at how the “fuzzy front end” of innovation fits into the larger company ecosystem, paying particular attention to fostering alignment among internal and external stakeholders: the creators (those who design and build innovative products and processes); the evaluators (those tasked with assessing the organizational fit and market potential of the innovation); and the drivers (those who champion and diffuse the innovation).
