Cancellation Policy

A refund can be given only if cancellation is received by midnight July 24, 2008.
Fax, email or written postmarked cancellation must carry a transmittal date of July 24, 2008.

Registrants who cancel their registration after midnight, July 24, 2008, are responsible for full registration payment, although substitutes may be accepted for registrants who are unable to attend.
