OC Business Breakfast: The Secret Sauce of Networking
Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - 7:00am - 9:00amLocation:The Pacific Club
4110 MacArthur Boulevard, Newport Beach, CAWith Guy Marsala, President & CEO of EZ Lube
Guy Marsala has a career noted for his prodigious ability to enter troubled companies and turn them into profitable ventures for investors and shareholders. In 2010, Guy was hired by EZ Lube to lead a turnaround amid fallout from negative publicity and a 2008 bankruptcy. After taking swift and dramatic action, he recently forged a successful deal to sell the company to Henley Enterprises, one of the oldest and most well regarded quick lube operators in the country. Another notable turnaround occurred during his time at Jostens. He took over a business that had experienced 15 straight years of declining sales and two straight years of losses, and drove double digit sales growth and a return to profitability in one year.
Guy attributes much of his success to networking. His “secret sauce” is dictated by a positive, proactive attitude and a clear and logical path that leads to results. Guy will share with us his recipe for success to help you effectively achieve your goals.
